Felicity Cornforth, Head of Legal and Governance, Aura Private Credit

Felicity Cornforth is the Head of Legal and Governance at Aura Private Credit.

As Aura Private Credit’s Head of Legal and Governance, Felicity is responsible for overseeing all aspects of Aura Private Credit’s governance and legal function.  She is particularly focused on funds management, corporate governance, and structuring of investments for Aura Private Credit’s clients in addition to providing general corporate advice.
 
Felicity has 19 years’ experience as a financial services lawyer, including private practice work in a top-tier and a global law firm and in-house at some of Australia’s leading non-bank lenders prior to commencing at Aura Private Credit.  She has advised on transactional finance, funds management, general corporate and commercial, regulatory, and consumer credit matters.
