Executive Team — Jason Coggins, Head of Investments
Jason Coggins, Head of Investments, Aura Group
Jason is Head of Investments at Aura Group, where he helps shape the firm's investment offering, wealth proposition and broader strategy. He has more than 20 years' experience in investment strategy, asset allocation and governance across private wealth, Family Office and philanthropic portfolios.
Beyond Aura, he serves on the investment committees and advisory boards of charities, foundations, and financial services groups, both locally and offshore.
From 2014 to 2023, Jason was Partner and Head of Research at Koda Capital, where he was pivotal in building the firm's investment strategy from inception. He worked directly with clients to shape their portfolios and was responsible for strategy research and portfolio construction. This followed earlier senior roles at ANZ Global Wealth and in institutional asset consultancy.
His expertise spans public and private markets, global macro and alternatives. Jason holds a Bachelor of Economics and a Bachelor of Business Management.
