We do not conduct business through any other website, and we will never ask you to transfer funds or provide sensitive personal or financial information through unofficial channels, unsolicited messages, or third-party platforms.

If you receive any communication claiming to be from Aura Group that did not originate from an @aura.co address, or that directs you to a website other than aura.co, please do not respond, click any links, or provide any information. We recommend verifying directly with your usual Aura Group contact, or by contacting us through the details on this website.

If you believe you have been targeted by a scam impersonating Aura Group, please report it to us immediately at support.afm@aura.co and consider reporting it to the relevant authorities in your jurisdiction.
