Haast Secures Series A Funding as Demand Grows for Enterprise AI Compliance Solutions

Haast, a portfolio company of Aura Ventures, has announced the successful close of a US$12 million Series A funding round led by Peak XV Partners, with participation from existing and new investors including DST Global Partners, Airtree, Aura Ventures and Black Sheep Capital.
The raise reflects growing demand for technology that helps enterprises manage increasingly complex compliance obligations as AI adoption accelerates. Haast’s platform is designed to embed governance policies and risk frameworks directly into operational workflows, helping organisations reduce manual review processes and improve efficiency.

As businesses across regulated sectors such as financial services, insurance and healthcare explore AI deployment, solutions that support responsible implementation, stronger controls and scalable oversight are becoming increasingly relevant.
