The transaction represents a significant consolidation in the fragmented mobile immunisation and corporate wellness sector.
On a combined basis, AVS and Medimobile are expected to deliver more than 450,000 vaccinations annually, supported by a network of approximately 300 registered nurses across Australia. This enhanced scale strengthens AVS’s ability to serve both enterprise and government clients nationwide, across metropolitan and regional locations.
Medimobile, founded in 2003, has historically administered over 130,000 workplace flu vaccinations each year, supported by deep client relationships across government agencies, corporates, schools, and aged care. Together, the businesses also offer access to more than 2,000 pharmacy partners across Australia and New Zealand, as well as a broader suite of workplace health services, including skin checks and other vaccination programs.
